Known for his calm on-set presence and collaborative approach, he has contributed to major studio projects including Transformers, Star Trek, Ender's Game, and WandaVision. His work spans large-scale action films, prestige television, and independent productions, earning recognition for capturing clean, dynamic production audio in demanding environments. Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, Michael studied film at Grand Valley State University and later earned a master's degree, further strengthening his technical and creative foundation in the entertainment industry. Throughout his career, he has worked across the United States and internationally, building a reputation for professionalism, adaptability, and strong relationships with directors, producers, and crews alike. As a Cinema Audio Society member and award nominee, Michael continues to bring decades of experience and a passion for storytelling to every production, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of the collaborative filmmaking process.
